shipping policy

Pillow covers are made-to-order. Unless otherwise noted, it will take up to 10 business days to sew your order. If you need your pillow(s) by a certain date, please contact Boldbeat regarding Rush Service at brandi@boldbeat-textiles.com.

At this time, Boldbeat only ships within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class mail. Once your pillow order has been made and shipped, it should be delivered within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with the USPS tracking information when your order is on its way to you.

Shipping Costs

Pillow covers and inserts are shipped at a flat rate of $5.99 per shipment. Please note that there is a limit of 4 pillows per customer.

Fabric samples are shipped free of charge. Ordering a fabric sample reserves the corresponding insert for you for 5 business days after your sample is mailed.

Return Policy

Boldbeat's policy lasts 7 days after your purchase of pillow cover(s) and/or insert(s) has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately Boldbeat cannot offer you a refund. Fabric samples are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, Boldbeat requires a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase be included with the returned item. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). To initiate a return, please send an email to brandi@boldbeat-textiles.com.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Boldbeat will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.

Exchanges

Boldbeat will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send an email to brandi@boldbeat-textiles.com.
